GENERAL COUNSEL & VICE PRESIDENT
Andrew E. Plesko is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Plesko received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, With Distinction from Northwestern University in 1991. He was also admitted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa that same year. Mr. Plesko received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota in 1994. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota since 1994.
Upon graduation from law school and admission to the bar in 1994, Mr. Plesko was employed by Christoffel & Elliott, P.A., a Twin Cities law firm specializing in commercial real estate and banking transactions. During his tenure at Christoffel & Elliott, P.A., Mr. Plesko represented numerous real estate developers, entrepreneurs, business owners and lenders in all facets of commercial real estate transactions and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics.
In 2001, Mr. Plesko joined E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. as general counsel. In his current capacity, Mr. Plesko oversees all legal matters of the corporation and its affiliates. These responsibilities encompass the legal work associated with the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of commercial properties. Mr. Plesko regularly works with local counsel in the various states where E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. and its affiliates conduct business. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Plesko resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
