Algonquin Square Apartments is a 220 unit garden style market rate apartment project in Algonquin, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago.  The project includes a 4,337sf clubhouse with club room, fitness center, managment office, outdoor swimming pool and grilling area, and the project is adjacent to restaurants and shopping.  The project is scheduled to be completed in fall of 2013.
