Market Plaza is a 47,090 sf neighborhood retail shopping center adjacent to the Village Shores senior housing project, anchored by Petco, FedEx Kinko's and a 17,100 SF Hennepin County Medical Center primary care clinic. The new clinic was part of a major renovation started in 2016 and completed in 2018.
