Millenia Crossing

Millenia Crossing is a new shopping center development that is entitled for 100,000 sf of retail space.  The majority of the center, 90,000 sf, was completed in November, 2009.  Anchored by Nordstrom Rack, this shopping center is located in front of Ikea and next to the Mall at Millenia.  This property was sold in 2012.
